We are a friendly team of first aid instructors who provide high quality, professional first aid training in the London, Herts, Essex and Cambridge areas. Our ethos is enjoyable first aid training with emphasis on the life saving skills.

All our instructors are HCPC registered Paramedics with decades of experience as health care professionals and we bring this expertise to our courses.

COURSES

We offer a variety of courses including,  First Aid at Work (FAW),  Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), CPR/BLS and AED Defibrillator courses and many more.

We deliver both 6 Hour and 12 Hour Paediatric First Aid courses. These meet the requirements of Sure-start, EYFS, HSE and our 12 hour course meets Ofsted requirements which is needed for registered child-minders and many others working with infants and children. We cater for corporate and private individuals and can offer discounts on group bookings.

ABC First Aid Training Ambulance

Our first aid trainers have a wealth of hands on experience as Paramedics in the ambulance service.

Friendly & professional

Friendly, professional guys from the London Ambulance Service delivering the 1.5 hour Basic Life Support Training. Lots of practical hands on experience using mannequins for first aid. I’ve received training from these trainers before and it’s always well worth doing to refresh my knowledge and skills. I go away feeling more confident if I ever had to give life support.
